HDPsyChart 9 Subscription Service
The brand new HDPsyChart Version 9 Windows desktop application has just been released in the spring of 2025.
This version includes over 40 updates and bug fixes to
Version 7,
the most popular psychrometric chart software in the world. The following is information on our new subscription service.
Subscription Service
The standard way that HDPsyChart has been licensed in the past is by allowing a licensee to pay a one-time fee to
use the software in perpetuity. This has worked for most users since the HDPsyChart software had not been updated in over a decade.
Now that Hands Down Software is under new ownership, our strategy is to update the software yearly (at least) so we can provide
you the greatest functionality and latest ASHRAE and related data.
The subscription service will work as follows:
- You pay a yearly fee of $199/license (discount for multiple licenses)
- You receive the following ongoing benefits:
- Yearly (or more often) updates
- Unlimited support via phone, email, and other means.
- Yearly training session.
